The Idea of NextStep
After Lorenz sold his first company vamos! to Jodel, he fully commits to social recruiting. He writes his thesis on AI-supported recruiting. Finn and Lorenz develop a vision for NextStep HR - the recruiting of tomorrow.
Previous Founding Successes
Lorenz founds SipTogether with fellow students, an app designed to connect people. Finn founds PforzheimHilft with friends, a local aid organization for at-risk groups.
Birth of Social Recruiting
Lorenz becomes an expert in social recruiting via media. He serves as one of the first recruiters to use social media to effect hiring.
